Machine-tool motorisation

In order to simplify and improve the use of cam-shaft lathes, Vermont deploys its years of experience in the development of machine-tool motorisation (drills, threadcutters, polygon systems, whirl-cutters, etc.).


Advantages:

  •  Suppressing the drive belts from the threaded shaft
  •  Possibility of eliminating the threaded shaft by motorizing the various elements including the oil-pump
  •  Motorizing the thread-cutters (12U*, 13Y, 13G, 13D….) allows you to eliminate the thread-cutting camshafts as well as their thread-cutting control systems. All you need do then is regulate the numbering camshafts and the spindle-advances
  •  Synchronizing the polygon systems allows you to :

-  Better coordinate the fabrication of a piece
-  Use the slide’s top speed under all desynschonized conditions
-  Eliminate the limits that the polygon-system places on the slide.
All of these motorizations can be installed either independently of the control panel, or integrated into a Motion Control Panel controlled by the movement controller via the touch-screen.
